A few local mums are putting on something fun for the community. Bribie Beats is a free, outdoor, daytime dance party pop-up right here on beautiful Bribie Island.
Think morning sunshine, uplifting tunes, kids running around with painted faces, and everyone having a dance. Our first event features local DJ DJ Flowers spinning uplifting house and dance pop. Plus coloured mermaid hair braiding and face painting.

Yes! Bribie Beats is completely free to attend. Just rock up and enjoy yourself.
The venue changes each event! We announce the location a few days before on our Instagram @bribiebeats, so make sure you're following us to get the update.
Absolutely. This is designed for everyone. Families, kids, grandparents, couples, solo dancers, all of you. The music is family-friendly and the vibe is wholesome. Hair braiding and face painting will keep the little ones busy too.
Music kicks off at 10am. Finish time depends on the venue. Could be a couple of hours, could roll through into the afternoon. We'll confirm the full schedule once the venue is locked in.
Nope. No tickets, no bookings, no sign-ups. Just turn up on the day.
This depends on the venue. We're working on it. If the venue has food and drink available, you'll be able to grab something there. Details will be on Instagram once confirmed.
Comfy shoes you can dance in, sunscreen, a hat, water, and your best moves. A picnic blanket wouldn't go astray either. And your friends.
We love dogs! Whether furry friends are welcome depends on the venue rules though. We'll confirm once the location is announced.
That's the plan. If the first one goes well, we'd love to make Bribie Beats a regular thing at different locations around the island. Come along and help us make it a success.
